Tell us, and we’ll see if it’s something we can blog about. Big or small – it doesn’t matter. If you want to tell us about your favorite local restaurant, go for it!
Submission Guidelines
While we do welcome any and all idea and post submissions, we’d also like to maintain the integrity of this blog. In other words, we won’t publish posts that appear to be solely a blatant advertisement for a business. If it’s some of that genuine word-of-mouth advertising we like to call great customer service, bring it on! This blog is not about advertising products and services, it’s about people sharing personal experiences about good and bad customer service.

Ideas submissions that we turn into posts will be credited, but the post itself will be copyrighted to Customer Service FTW (a subsidiary of Rawr Publishing, LLC). Guest blog posts will be joint copyrighted to Customer Service FTW and the guest blogger.
